I help freshers bridge the gap between college learning and real corporate expectations, with a special focus on students from villages and Tier-1, Tier-2, and Tier-3 institutions who often lack access to proper interview guidance.
Over the last 20+ years, I’ve interviewed, mentored, and built professional teams across corporate environments. I’ve worked closely with freshers as well as students from top management institutes, including IIMs, and one pattern has remained constant—capable candidates struggle not because they lack knowledge, but because professional basics were never taught to them.
This gap is even wider for students from non-metro and rural backgrounds, where exposure to interviews, corporate communication, and professional behaviour is limited.
That insight led to the creation of KochRight.
KochRight is a focused, mentor-led grooming program designed to make interview skills and corporate readiness accessible, practical, and understandable—regardless of a student’s background. The program focuses on real-world skills that actually matter: clear communication, confident self-presentation, professional thinking, and interview readiness.
This is not about shortcuts or guarantees.
This is about giving every capable student a fair chance by teaching how professionals are evaluated—before careers are judged.
What I Work On
The greatest thing in this world is not so much where we stand as in what direction we are moving.
Professionals who develop strong soft skills early in their careers consistently advance faster than technical-only peers. They’re better positioned for leadership roles, more effective in team environments, and earn significantly higher over their lifetime. Research proves this pattern across industries—in tech, manufacturing, consulting, or sales—communication and confidence determine who rises to the top.
People don't only use a coach when there is a problem with technique; they understand that no matter how good their technique is, there is always room for improvement.
